84-9-801. Specifying sections that are part of article 9 of the uniform act. K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 84-9-801 through 84-9-809, and amendments thereto, shall be part of and supplemental to article 9 of chapter 84 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto.

Section 84-9-801 of the uniform act provided for an effective date. Kansas did not enact this section but provided for the effective date (July 1, 2013) in the last section of the act (L. 2012, ch. 84, § 28) following usual Kansas form.
