84-4-111. Statute of limitations. An action to enforce an obligation, duty, or right arising under this article must be commenced within three years after the cause of action accrues.

This section is identical to the 1995 Official Text and is new. The other statutes of limitations are contained in 84-3-118. They are consistent with the three year statute of limitations for contracts, obligations and liabilities not in writing in K.S.A. 60-512.
