84-2-301. General obligations of parties. The obligation of the seller is to transfer and deliver and that of the buyer is to accept and pay in accordance with the contract.

This section states the basic obligations of the parties to a contract for the sale of goods. Unless otherwise agreed, these obligations are concurrent conditions.

1. Where the buyer fails to make payment due on or before delivery, the seller may cancel and resell the goods. Spikes v. Bauer, 6 Kan. App. 2d 45, 46, 626 P.2d 816.
