CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Railroad desiring to transact common motor carrier business must obtain certificate of necessity and convenience; "purposes of this act" discussed. Baldwin v. State Corporation Comm., 143 Kan. 580, 585, 587, 56 P.2d 453.
