65-1647. The board may in its discretion, in addition to the remedies set forth in the preceding section, apply to the court having jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter for a writ of injunction to restrain repetitious violations of the provisions of the pharmacy act of the state of Kansas or violations of any valid rule and regulation made under the authority conferred by such act.
