65-1513. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor for the first offense, and for the second and each subsequent offense shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor. It is the duty of the respective county and district attorneys to prosecute all violators of this act.
