CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Penalty provided for violation of sections. State v. Tabb, 124 Kan. 627, 630, 261 P. 844.

2. Narcotic law is not unconstitutional as discriminating against physicians. State v. Lowell, 127 Kan. 157, 272 P. 666.

3. Right of physician to sell morphine considered. State v. Miller, 126 Kan. 578, 270 P. 610; State v. Miller, 127 Kan. 487, 274 P. 245.

4. Burden is upon defendant to show possession lawful. State v. Strode, 141 Kan. 721, 722, 42 P.2d 603.
