CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Exclusion of certificate from evidence not prejudicial. Jacques v. Commercial Travelers, 104 Kan. 612, 617, 180 P. 200.

2. Death certificate sufficient to sustain finding workman's injury arose out of employment. Evans v. Western Terra Cotta Co., 145 Kan. 924, 927, 67 P.2d 426.
