59-2245. Within thirty (30) days after any public or private sale of personal property the executor or administrator shall make due report thereof verified by affidavit to the district court. Such report shall include proof of proper notice of such sale, if at public auction, and, if a clerk was employed for such sale, shall be accompanied by a sale bill signed by such clerk.
