59-1715. When any person legally bound by a written instrument to make a conveyance or lease dies before its making, or when any conservatee is likewise bound to make a conveyance or lease, the personal representative of the estate, upon order of the court and with its approval, may make the conveyance or lease to the person entitled thereto. Whenever any person is legally bound by a written instrument to purchase real property and such person dies before the conveyance is made, the personal representative of the estate is authorized, upon order of the court and with its approval, to comply with the terms of the agreement and to accept the title to such property.
