59-1411. The real estate liable to be sold to pay debts of a decedent shall include, so far as necessary for that purpose, all real estate conveyed by the decedent with intent to defraud his or her creditors; but no real estate so conveyed shall be taken from anyone who purchased it for a valuable consideration, in good faith, and without knowledge of the fraud, and no claim to real estate so conveyed shall be made unless within two years after the death of the grantor.
