47-121. That any person or persons other than the owner or such owner's authorized agent who shall willfully drive or cause to be driven any livestock further from their usual and customary range than the nearest corral obtainable without the written consent of the owner, or who shall neglect to return such livestock immediately to their accustomed range, shall in either case be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding ninety days, or by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
