CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Discusses who is heard at dispositional hearings. In re D.A.H., 16 Kan. App. 2d 307, 308, 309, 822 P.2d 640 (1992).

2. Cited in holding appeal from denial of motion to terminate parental rights appealable as an order of disposition. In re T.D.W., 18 Kan. App. 2d 286, 288, 850 P.2d 947 (1993).

3. Court acted within jurisdictional grant of Code in questioning mother in state action to remove children from mother's care and custody. Calderon v. Kansas Dept. of Social & Rehab. Serv., 181 F.3d 1180, 1184 (10 th Cir. 1999).

4. Court not required to make determination whether reintegration with custodial parent is viable alternative before placing child with noncustodial parent. In re T.S., 276 Kan. 282, 74 P.3d 1009 (2003).
