CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Opinion of expert witness, based upon human leucocyte antigen tests, that defendant was father of plaintiff properly admitted. Tice v. Richardson, 7 Kan. App. 2d 509, 513, 644 P.2d 490 (1982).

2. Evidence that blood test failed to exclude alleged father as possible father not admissible in paternity action. State ex rel. Hausner v. Blackman, 7 Kan. App. 2d 693, 699, 700, 648 P.2d 249 (1982).

3. Where parties have submitted to blood tests, experts performing the tests shall be called as witnesses and shall be subject to cross-examination. State ex rel. S.R.S. v. Vollmer, 8 Kan. App. 2d 30, 31, 648 P.2d 276 (1982).

4. Section as construed, held constitutional. State ex rel. Hausner v. Blackman, 233 Kan. 223, 224, 231, 662 P.2d 1183 (1983).
