1. Trial court ruling that K.S.A. 21-4302 required finding no violation hereunder reversed; K.S.A. 21-4302 (1)(d) and (3) held unconstitutional. State v. Nelson, 210 Kan. 439, 440, 441, 448, 502 P.2d 841.
