1. Failure of section to define certain terms does not render section unconstitutionally vague. State v. Marino, 23 Kan. App. 2d 106, 108, 929 P.2d 173 (1996).

2. Section is constitutional; does not require making of false representation or of specific intent to deceive. State v. Messer, 278 Kan. 161, 91 P.3d 1191 (2004).
