CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Possession of burglary tools and attempted burglary separate and distinct offenses; conviction hereunder affirmed. State v. Cory, 211 Kan. 528, 506 P.2d 1115.

2. Acquittal on charge of theft did not preclude charge hereunder; no double jeopardy. State v. Pruitt, 216 Kan. 103, 106, 531 P.2d 860.
