CASE ANNOTATIONS
1. Discussed; absent legislation, suppliers of alcohol not liable to victims of intoxicated tort-feasors; violation hereof not negligence per se. Ling v. Jan's Liquors, 237 Kan. 629, 639, 640, 703 P.2d 731 (1985).
2. Seller need not have knowledge of minor's age; statute neither unconstitutionally vague nor overbroad. State v. Robinson, 239 Kan. 269, 272, 274, 718 P.2d 1313 (1986).
