20-152. The supreme court may appoint a judicial study advisory committee to assist in conducting the judicial study and survey and to make recommendations to the judiciary and the legislature. The judicial study advisory committee shall be considered a regular committee of the judicial council for the purpose of receiving per diem allowances.
