CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Whether retroactive application of section violates due process by stripping plaintiffs of vested property rights in accrued cause of action examined. Resolution Trust Corp. v. Fleisher, 862 F. Supp. 309, 312 (1994).

2. Whether holder of accrued tort action not reduced to judgment has a vested property right in actions examined. Resolution Trust Corp. v. Fleischer, 257 Kan. 360, 362, 892 P.2d 497 (1995).

3. RTC may assert simple negligence claim against directors and officers of thrift where events occurred before section's effective date. Resolution Trust Corp. v. Williams, 887 F. Supp. 1415, 1421 (1995).
