Printable Format13-1244. Same; limitation. In no case in which revenue bonds are issued under and by virtue of this act shall any revenue bonds be issued for the improvement of any public levee and improvements thereon in excess of the actual cost of same, plus an amount necessary to take up and pay for or make an exchange for any outstanding revenue bonds issued under and by virtue of this act.
