Printable Format9-2001. Failing to perform duty; penalty. Every officer, employee, director or agent of any bank or trust company who shall neglect to perform any duty required by the state banking code, or who shall fail to conform to any lawful requirement made by the commissioner, upon conviction shall be guilty of a class A, nonperson misdemeanor.
