CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Permitting overdraft not grounds for appointment of receiver; officers liable. Feess v. Bank, 84 Kan. 828, 839, 115 P. 563.

2. Agreement of bank to honor overdraft enforceable. Saylors v. Bank, 99 Kan. 515, 518, 163 P. 454.
