CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Damage action; mentioned but not applied. Gabel v. Hanby, 165 Kan. 116, 128, 193 P.2d 239.

2. Clause (a) cited in action for death of boy riding bicycle. Morrison v. Hawkeye Casualty Co., 168 Kan. 303, 312, 212 P.2d 633.

3. Collision proximately resulting from driving on wrong side of road; actionable negligence. Beecher v. Stepanian, 170 Kan. 201, 204, 224 P.2d 1017.
