72-3346. Textbook rental plan; fees. The board of education of any school district may establish a school textbook rental plan for such grades as are maintained by the district whereby such board shall purchase school textbooks to be used by the pupils upon the payment by such pupils of a rental fee. Moneys received by the board of education under this section shall be deposited in the textbook and student materials revolving fund of the school district.
