1. Court may excuse juror for ill health. The State v. York, 7 K.A. 291, 292, 53 P. 838.

2. Irregular, but not necessarily prejudicial, for bailiff to excuse prospective jurors, when approved by judge. State v. Clift, 202 K. 512, 513, 449 P.2d 1006.
