CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Nonresident on jury vitiates verdict. Graham v. Trimmer, 61 Kan. 230, 236.

2. Irregularities in drawing not good ground for challenging array. The State v. Jenkins, 32 Kan. 477, 478, 4 P. 809; A.T.& S.F. Rld. Co. v. Davis, 34 Kan. 199, 203, 8 P. 146.

3. Challenge to array waived unless made before challenge for favor. The State v. Wright, 45 Kan. 136, 25 P. 631.

4. Payment of tax on personal property not test of competency. The State v. Reed, 53 Kan. 767, 772, 37 P. 174.
