1. Irregularities in selection immaterial unless prejudice shown. Burley v. Missouri Pac. Rld. Co, 119 K. 95, 237 P. 903.

2. Failure to question women electors and return their names immaterial. State v. Snyder, 126 K. 582, 270 P. 590.

3. Irregularity not shown, objection to panel or venire not considered. State v. Ryan, 141 K. 549, 551, 42 P.2d 591.
