CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Detention of juvenile and denial of bail did not contravene federal or state constitutions; no right to bail under code. Pauley v. Gross, 1 Kan. App. 2d 736, 739, 574 P.2d 234.

2. Failure to give parent notice and opportunity for hearing as required is denial of due process. Beebe v. Chavez, 226 Kan. 591, 599, 602 P.2d 1279.

3. General references to persons interested in child not sufficient authority to grant grandmother intervention in severance proceeding. Wilson & Walker v. State, 230 Kan. 49, 54, 630 P.2d 1102 (1981).
