CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. After majority ward may sue on bond in own name. Crowell v. Ward, 16 Kan. 60, 62.

2. Receipt given on final settlement by ward to guardian; conclusiveness. David v. Hagler, 40 Kan. 187, 19 P. 628.

3. Final settlement will not preclude beneficiary from establishing his rights. Webb v. Branner, 59 Kan. 190, 195, 52 P. 429.
