CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Whether the state is statutorily precluded from challenging defendant's criminal history worksheet examined. State v. Hankins, 19 Kan. App. 2d 1036, 1044, 880 P.2d 271 (1994).

2. When trial court may take judicial notice of prior presentence investigation report in subsequent proceeding discussed. State v. Turner, 22 Kan. App. 2d 564, 565, 919 P.2d 370 (1996).

3. District court procedure when defendant challenges criminal history score discussed. State v. Lakey, 22 Kan. App. 2d 585, 586, 920 P.2d 470 (1996).
