CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Civil code applies; commissioners may defend and appeal to supreme court. Appleby v. Board of County Comm'rs, 166 Kan. 494, 495, 203 P.2d 224.

2. Reasonableness of board's action in issuing building permit determined. Duggins v. Board of County Commissioners, 179 Kan. 101, 102, 293 P.2d 258.

3. Zoning classification order held to be reasonable. Konitz v. Board of County Commissioners, 180 Kan. 230, 231, 303 P.2d 180.
