16a-1-104. (UCCC) Construction against implicit repeal. K.S.A. 16a-1-101 et seq., and amendments thereto, being a general act intended as a unified coverage of its subject matter, no part of it shall be deemed to be implicitly repealed by subsequent legislation if such construction can reasonably be avoided.
