CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. When bank deemed insolvent considered; duty of bank commissioner. The State, ex rel., v. Wilson, 108 Kan. 641, 659, 196 P. 758.

2. Normal way to prove actual cash market value of assets considered. State v. Powell, 120 Kan. 772, 787, 245 P. 128.

3. Condition causing insolvency need not be named in prosecution for receiving deposits while insolvent. State v. Elliott, 122 Kan. 174, 251 P. 423.

4. Rule for determining insolvency considered. Exley v. Harris, 126 Kan. 302, 306, 267 P. 970.
