8-607. Penalty for violating K.S.A. 8-601 through 8-610. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this act, and any employee, agent or officer of any such person who shall participate, in any manner, in making, enforcing or performing, or in aiding or abetting, in the performance of any such contract, condition, agreement or understanding, shall be deemed guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished for each offense by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $5,000 or by imprisonment in the custody of the secretary of corrections for not less than one year nor more than five years, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
